The Maritime Records and Research Centre holds a collection of 609 maritime related items of ephemera. These items have been categorised into 9 different categories. These categories, and the number of items held for each category, are:

Any of the above items held by the Maritime Records and Research Centre can be viewed by making an appointment with the volunteers at the Centre.

The Maritime Records and Research Centre is located at Wharf 7, 58 Pirrama Road, Pyrmont, is open on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays except for public holidays, and may be visited by prior appointment.

OTRANTO – Menu for Saturday, 13 October 1928; Menu for Monday, 29 January 1951 (Crossing the Equator); Brochure publicising facilities aboard the vessel.

QUEEN MARY – Breakfast Menu for Saturday, 19 March 1938;  Dinner Menu for Saturday, 4 January 1941; Breakfast Menu for Tuesday 7 January 1941 (with hand written comments about the food served); Breakfast Menu for Saturday, 3 July 1965

WANGANELLA – Brochure displaying sailing dates and fares from December 1949 to August 1950 for travel between Sydney and Auckland or Wellington.

ZEALANDIA – Souvenir Programme of Plain and Fancy Dress Ball held in Hobart on Monday, 1 December, 1930; Menu dated 25 December 1940 and letter from Bosun of the vessel regarding Army nurses who were carried on this voyage.
